Heide Trask tops West Bladen for first win of season
BLADENBORO, NC (WWAY) — The Heide Trask Titans traveled to West Bladen on Friday night with both teams looking for their first victory of the season.
The West Bladen Knights struck first in the opening quarter when fullback Ja’Shae Drye powered his way through the defense and into the end zone.
The Titans quickly answered.
No. 4 Kamajah Wilson found a hole in the Knights’ defense and punched his way into the end zone to tie the game.
Heide Trask continued to build momentum as senior Jackson Sadler broke through the West Bladen defense and raced into the end zone, giving the Titans the lead.
