Historic Home Tour: Emerson-Kenan Mansion

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Among the stops on this year’s Azalea Festival Historic Home Tour is a beautiful mansion.

Construction of this brick neo-classical revival mansion began in 1907. In August 1923 Sarah Graham-Kenan, who was responsible for much of the interior and exterior woodwork remodeling, bought the house.
