Foreclosures are at an all-time high in southeastern North Carolina.
in New Hanover County there’s been a 100% increase in foreclosed homes since last year.
The affordable housing coalition held a foreclosure prevention seminar at the New Hanover County library. Residents learned financial strategies and were pointed towards local organizations that can help them buy affordable homes.
