Impaired pedestrian hit by car at 17th and Wooster Streets

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police say an impaired pedestrian was hit by a car Monday afternoon near 17th and Wooster Streets.

Police say the pedestrian walked into traffic and was hit.

She fell to the ground but only suffered a scraped knuckle according to police.

Police say charges are pending but it was unclear who will be charged.
