Independence Mall to host holiday job fair

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Believe it or not, there are only 88 shopping days until Christmas. That means retailers are getting ready for the holiday rush and looking for help.

That’s why Independence Mall in Wilmington is hosting a Holiday Job Fair this week to find some Santa’s helpers for its stores. The job fair is 2-4 p.m. Friday next to Justice near the Food Court.

The mall says stores, including Belk, JCPenney, Sears, Forever 21, Chick-Fil-A, Sears, Lids, T-Mobile, 8^th & LA, GLAM, Justice, Silver & Gold and more, are looking to fill more than 150 jobs.
