Jackson Browne’s Wilmington concert postponed again

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Jackson Browne fans were already going to have a wait a little longer to see the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer perform in Wilmington. Now they’ll have to wait even longer.

Cape Fear Community College announced Browne’s concert, which was originally scheduled for CFCC’s Humanities and Fine Arts Center Saturday and was pushed back to Sunday night due to an illness, has been postponed again. CFCC said the new date will be announced when it is confirmed.

Browne’s Facebook page also announced the postponement overnight and told fans to hold on to their tickets, which would be honored at the rescheduled date. Browne also had to postpone a show in Virginia Friday night because of the illness.

The Wilmington show had been sold out.
