JROTC units to show off skills at annual meet in Brunswick Co. this weekend

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Junior ROTC units from high schools across the southeast will meet in Brunswick County to show off their skills this weekend.

North Brunswick is hosting the 2018 JROTC Tri-Meet Saturday, the biggest of its kind in the Cape Fear.
More than 1,000 students, cadets, and parents are expected to be at the event.
Units from more than 20 high schools will compete in an air rifle competition, a raider competition, which is a physical fitness and military skills event, and a drill competition.
The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m this Saturday at North Brunswick High School.
