Juvenile nabbed for setting fire

Offense: Setting fire to grass, brush lands, or woodlands

Summary: WPD officers responded to assist the Wilmington Fire Department behind P. T.’s Grill. WFD quickly extinguished a small fire in the woods. Officers located a 14–year-old male (juvenile) in the area, and upon questioning, he admitted that he was responsible for the fire. The youth was charged and released to the custody of his father. .
