Kingoff’s clock back to its rightful location

A piece of Wilmington’s cityscape will soon be back in its rightful location. Engineers installed the new Kingoff’s clock Wednesday.

The old clock came crashing down about a year ago when a food delivery truck was backing up and hit it. The century-old clock had stood outside Kingoff’s for the last 65 years.

The new one will be unveiled Friday afternoon.
