Leland looking for feedback on Municipal Park Plan

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — A splash pad, trails, dog park, basketball courts, those are just some of the things that could be coming to Leland.

The Town of Leland is holding a public meeting to get input on the draft Leland Municipal Campus Master Plan.

Potential facilites in the plan also include a veterans’ memorial, accessible playground, ampitheater, picnic shelters, community garden, pickleball courts, multipurpose field and a municipal services building.

The meeting is April 18 at 6:00 p.m. at Leland Town Hall at 102 Town Hall Dr.

Everyone is invited to preview the plan and provide feedback on the design and proposed facilities.
