Living Stations of the Cross performance at Saint Mary’s

Christians throughout the world are celebrating Good Friday today. Good Friday is the day when Christians remember the passion and death of Jesus.

At Saint Mary Catholic Church in Wilmington hundreds of people showed up for the Living Stations of the Cross performance. Members of the Hispanic Youth Group acted out each of the Stations of the Cross in Spanish.

Members of the youth group were entirely responsible for the performance.

Audience members said the live Stations of the Cross are more powerful than just reading the story as they look at pictures.

This is the second year the group acted out the Stations of the Cross.
