Man taken to NHRMC after Wilmington shooting

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A man was taken to the hospital following a Wednesday night shooting in Wilmington.

Wilmington Police spokeswoman Jessica Williams said police responded to Pinecrest Parkway a little after 10:30 p.m. in reference to a shooting.

Williams said a man was taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
