Man accused of stealing riding lawnmower from Leland Walmart

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Do you recognize the man in these surveillance photos?

Leland Police say he’s wanted for stealing a riding lawnmower from the Walmart on New Pointe Boulevard on Tuesday.
The suspect parked his SUV in front of the Walmart and loaded a Murray riding mower onto a trailer, according to a news release. Once he loaded the mower, he left without paying.
Police say the SUV appears to be a dark Ford Explorer with tented brake light covers and black rims.
