Man arrested on heroin charges after 6-month investigation

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A Wilmington man is behind bars Friday night for selling heroin.

According to a news release, the Wilmington Police Vice Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant early Thursday at a home on S. 14th Street. Police said they found a gun and drug paraphernalia.

Police arrested Bruce Anthony Hall, Jr., 26, and charged him with the following;

Manufacture Sch 1 CS
Possession Sch VI Cs
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession with intent to manufacture and sell or deliver heroin
Maintain vehicle/dwelling controlled substance

The arrest was made after a six-month investigation.

Police said Hall is a validated gang member. He is in the New Hanover County Jail under a $50,000 secured bond.
