Man charged with indecent liberties with child

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — An Ocean Isle Beach man is in jail on indecent liberties with a child charges.

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Christopher Fulford, 44, on Monday.

According to the arrest warrant, the alleged incident happened on June 5.

Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Emily Flax says the victim in the case is 12.

Fulford is in the Brunswick County Detention Center under a $25,000 bond.
