Man jailed after trying to break open Pepsi machine

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A 50-year-old man is behind bars after Wilmington Police say he tried to pry open a Pepsi machine with a crow bar.

Robert Gragg is charged with Breaking and Entering near Econo Lodge Inn & Suites on Market Street. After a short chase, an officer caught up with Gragg and arrested him.

He’s booked at the New Hanover County Jail under $300 secure bond.
