Man pleads guilty to attempted sex offense.

COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC, (WWAY) — A man pleaded guilty today to attempted sex offense.

Leonel Pahuamaba Sanchez pleaded guilty to Attempted First Degree Sex Offense on his 15-year-old step-granddaughter. The act resulted in a child being born to both parties.

Sanchez was sentenced to 125-159 months active in the Department of Corrections.
