Man arrested after standoff in Wilmington

A standoff on Montgomery Avenue in Wilmington ended in an arrest Wednesday night.

Police said Devin Williams holed up in a house when they tried to arrest him on an outstanding warrant for possession of a firearm by a felon. It took a while, but after setting up a perimeter police eventually talked him out without any problems.
