Man arrested for child pornography to appear in court

BRUNSWICK COUNTY — A Brunswick County man accused of having child pornography on his computer will appear in court Monday.

Frankie Garner is also accused of trying to destroy the pictures found on the computer.

Authorities arrested Garner and his wife Susan Gore in April of 2005.

Gore was a second grade teacher’s assistant at Bolivia Elementary at the time of her arrest.

Gore says her trial date has been set for August.
