Man’s unique Christmas tree stops cars

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — After 35 years, Joe Rosheleau is used to his Christmas tree drawing the attention of passerby, that’s because it hangs upside-down — and rotates!

The unique tree hangs from the ceiling of Rosheleau’s front porch.

“A car will go by, then they’ll back up and look down here, then they smile and laugh,” Rosheleau said.

Like most trees, it’s adorned with ornaments (handmade by Rosheleau’s mother) and lights. He said it doesn’t take much more work to assemble than your typical tree, but it does make people pretty happy.
