Manufacturing company expands Greensboro facility
GREENSBORO — A New York company that makes a license plate recognition system is expanding a Greensboro facility that will add up to 100 jobs.
The News & Record of Greensboro reported Wednesday that ELSAG North America Law Enforcement Systems will add 12,000 square feet for a new manufacturing facility to its technical support center.
The company said workers will produce the Mobile Plate Hunter-900. The system mounts on the top of a patrol car and uses special cameras to capture 20 to 30 license plates per second. That
