McIntyre to present New Hanover County Fire Department with funding

The New Hanover County Fire Department will receive some much needed funding Monday.

Congressman Mike McIntyre will be at the New Hanover County Courthouse to present a check to the New Hanover County Fire Department. McIntyre will present more than $61,000 to the fire department for operations and safety improvements.

It begins at 9:30 a.m. Monday morning in the Assembly Room of the courthouse.
