MDA Toast to Life Gala kicks off downtown tonight

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The first-ever MDA Toast to Life Gala kicks off in Downtown Wilmington Friday night to help support the organization’s research and initiatives.

The black tie event features live auctions, dinner and dancing at Hilton Wilmington Riverside at 6:30 p.m.

One of the event’s honorees, Wilmington Health CEO Jeff James, stopped by Good Morning Carolina to give the community a preview ahead of the big night.
