Medicaid reform public hearing Wednesday in Wilmington
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services will hold a public hearing in Wilmington on Wednesday to get feedback from citizens and other stakeholders on the draft N.C. Medicaid Reform plan.
The Department wants as many people as possible to share their thoughts to ensure the right plan for North Carolina is submitted to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
The hearing is from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. tomorrow in the McNeill Hall Lecture Hall on the UNCW campus. The hearing is among 12 scheduled across the state from March 30 through April 18.
No registration is necessary. The hearing will begin with a brief presentation, followed by the opportunity to give input on the draft Medicaid Reform waiver application.
