Men wanted on Pender Co. drug charges

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Deputies are looking for four men wanted on outstanding drug warrants.

Deputies said Timothy Carter, 29, Carlos Pernell Nixon, 31, Phillip Cotman, 23, and Brandon Jay Winesett, 27, are wanted. Carter and Cotman are wanted on charges of selling and delivering heroin, Nixon is wanted on possession and manufacturing charges and Winesett is wanted on conspiracy charges.
