Men use drive-thru for robbery

WILMINGTON — Wilmington Police are searching for the men who robbed a fast food restaurant over the weekend using the drive-thru window. It happened just before 2:30 Sunday morning at the McDonald’s in the 800 block of South College Road.

Witnesses say two white men in a silver Jeep Liberty cut through the drive-thru line. When they got to the window, the driver pointed a gun at the cashier and demanded money. Once the cashier handed it over, they drove off.
