More Brunswick County deputies to go before grand jury

BRUNSWICK COUNTY — More deputies from the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office will go before the federal grand jury this week. A spokesperson for Sheriff Ron Hewett would not say if Hewett himself will be going before the grand jury. Last month members of the sheriff's office testified before the federal grand jury. The subject of the investigation is still being questioned.
