New business park proposed for Pender County

HAMPSTEAD, NC (WWAY) — A construction project has been proposed in Hampstead and could bring new business to the area.

Dominion Land Corp proposed the Highlands Business Park, which would include 12 new commercial or industrial units.

If approved, the business park would be built along Highway 17 in Hampstead.

The land is almost 13 acres, and across from Whitebridge Rd.
