Ribbon cutting for 3rd Street bridge Monday; McCrory to attend
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Crews replacing the 3rd Street bridge in Downtown Wilmington are finished and a ribbon cutting will be held at 11 a.m. Monday.
The bridge has been closed for more than a year.
It was expected to reopen before the Azalea Festival, but there were delays in the project.
Gov. Pat McCrory is scheduled to attend the ribbon cutting.
