NEW DETAILS: Murder victim identified

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Police are releasing new details in one of several active murder investigations.

The body of a white male was found at a home in the 4100 block of Princess Place Drive shortly before noon last Thursday. Today, police have identified the victim as Kevin Glen Billups, 32, of Huntington, West Virginia. Detectives say Billups died from blunt force trauma.
