NEW DETAILS: No injuries reported in Wilmington shooting

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Police say there was another shooting in Wilmington tonight, but no one was hurt.

Wilmington Police say someone in a car was shooting at another car near the intersection of Anderson and Walnut streets. The incident happened just before 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Eight shots were fired in total, and a red SUV was hit. A home on Anderson Street was also hit twice by bullets; no word on who was inside that home at the time.

Witnesses say they saw two black males, one wearing a camo jacket and jeans, running from the area. They don’t have any suspects at this time. No injuries were reported.
