New Hanover Co. approves land sale

WILMINGTON, NC (NEWS RELEASE) — The New Hanover County Board of Commissioners approved the sale of four acres of land to Lower Cape Fear Hospice.

The land is part of a larger, 13 acre tract off Physicians Drive.

Proceeds of the $1.3 million dollar sale will be used toward construction of new facilities for Southeastern Center for Mental Health.
