New Hanover deputies looking for witness

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — New Hanover County Sheriff’s detectives need help finding a witness wanted for questioning in an assault case from 2009.

Mario Ramirez Mendoza is a 35-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5’4″ tall and 185 lbs.
