New developments about bones found off Carolina Beach road

New developments in the investigation of two sets of bones found off Carolina Beach Road.

Angela Rothen has already been identified as one of the victims. According to autopsy reports released today, she died after having her throat slashed. Wilmington Police still do not know any more about when the second set of bones will be identified.
