New parking rules for Carolina Beach in 2008

CAROLINA BEACH — Carolina beach will have some new parking rules for the New Year.

Starting January 1 the town of Carolina Beach will be offering free parking in the town's municipal parking lots and at metered locations from seven p.m. until eight a.m. from April 1 to October 31.

The town will continue to allow three hours of free parking at beach access sites for vehicles with residential parking decals.
