We start our Pender County preview with the county champs from 2018 the Topsail Pirates. The Pirates shattered expectations last season and went 9-3, which set a school records for wins in a season.

The battle of Columbus County went the way of the South Columbus Stallions in 2018, They finished with a 12-1 record and yet another Three Rivers Conference title.

In 2018, the East Bladen Eagles once again proved to be the top team in the county with their 48-12 win over the West Bladen Knights. Headed into 2019 their will be a different look for both teams.

New Hanover County had 4 teams that competed all season long. One of them stayed undefeated through the conference season, another one won the state title.

It will be a new look this season in Brunswick County with two of the three teams bringing in new coaches. But all three have the same task of getting past the big dogs in conference to put Brunswick County on top.
