NHC detectives looking for suspect in counterfeit investigation

New Hanover County detectives are asking for your help identifying a suspect involved in an ongoing counterfeit investigation.

The person seen in the photographs purchased Visa debit cards using counterfeit $20 bills.

It happened at the CVS on Castle Hayne Road, just before 3:00 last Wednesday afternoon.

Anyone with information on the suspect’s identification is asked to call the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Department at 910-798-4260. The case number is 2009-14908.
