No charges yet in Elizabethtown murder

Investigators are still looking into a murder between two families in Elizabethtown.

Police said 22-year-old Caleb Stoker shot and killed 41-year-old Ricky Carroll next to the boat ramp at Tory Hole Park nearly two weeks ago.

WWAY has been told Carroll did not approve of Stoker dating his daughter, and wanted to settle things in person.

Investigators are waiting on autopsy and lab results, before they file any charges.
