North Carolina volunteer fire department rescues cat stuck in tire rim
TURKEY, NC (WWAY) — A Sampson County volunteer fire department came to the rescue of a small cat on Tuesday.
The cat found itself stuck inside the rim of a vehicle tire, with its head sticking out of the side.
Volunteers with the department responded to Thompson Street in Turkey, NC just before 10:00 am that morning and were able to safely remove the cat.
