Northwest Police Department looking for Jabar Ballard

Northwest police need your help finding a man wanted for holding his relatives hostage, and demanding money.

Jabar Ballard is wanted for robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault, and second degree kidnapping.

Ballard allegedly held his cousin, and the cousin’s son at gunpoint, around 6:00 Sunday morning at a home in Northwest. He was last seen driving a black 2005 Infiniti with North Carolina plate YZA-4696.

Ballard is considered armed and dangerous.
