One Love Tennis founder Lenny Simpson suffers stroke

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) – Lenny Simpson, founder of One Love Tennis, suffered a stroke on Sunday, according to a press release.

The 72-year-old former tennis pro “is resting comfortably and is surrounded by his family along with the best doctors and health care professionals,” the release stated.

Simpson is a member of multiple tennis Halls of Fame.

One Love Communications Director Mark Sinclair says that messages of support can be sent here and they will be shared with Simpson when possible.
