ONLY ON 3: Records show pastor’s alleged victim was teen boy

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — New details about a local pastor charged with sex crimes against a child. Today, we dug a little deeper into the file of Thomas Archie Wiggins, Jr. at the New Hanover County Courthouse.

Wiggins is charged with five counts of statutory rape and five counts of indecent liberties with a minor. According to court documents the alleged crimes happened between 1998 and 2000. They also say the victim was a teenage boy.

Wiggins has been ordered to stay away from children, the victim and any witnesses.

Wiggins was not at Faith Temple Church of God in Christ in Wilmington yesterday, where he is pastor.
