Own another OTH house

WILMINGTON — Last week we told you about a house featured on “One Tree Hill” that is up for auction. If you miss out on that house, there is another one featured on the show you could own.

The bungalow at 1829 Wrightsville Avenue in Wilmington was the home of Karen and Lucas and later Peyton on “One Tree Hill.” The house is a popular stop for tourists who come to Wilmington because of the show. The McDavid family made a special stop all the way from Virginia. Daughters Grace and Shelby were very excited to see the show’s landmark home.

The house is listed for $230,000. It has two bedroom and two baths. According to the listing, “One Tree Hill” will pay you approximately four times a year to use the front yard. Of course, the question is whether the show will come back for an eighth season.
