Panacea opens new restaurant & taproom
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Panacea Brewing Company, known for their locally brewed kombucha, celebrated the soft opening of a new restaurant and taproom on Saturday.
The new location gives the company the opportunity to expand their menu beyond the fermented tea and other small snack items like fermented pickles and sauerkraut.
With a fully equipped kitchen, the menu will expand to include full sized plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian dishes.
In addition to the food, the new taproom will serve non-alcoholic mock-tails, alcoholic cocktails, wine, and local craft beer.
The grand opening for this location will be celebrated the first weekend in February.
