Passersby help save man from car rollover

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Firefighters say a car flipped on Peachtree Avenue near Floral Parkway about 1 p.m. They say when they arrived on scene a group of people was trying hold the car up to keep it from crushing the man pinned underneath.

Crews rushed him to the hospital. No word on the man’s name or condition.
