Pender man arrested in sex offense investigation

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Investigators with the Pender County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man they say is involved in a sex offense with a minor.

Deputies say Andreas Gernot Sullivan, 47, is facing three counts of indecent liberties with a minor and three counts of sexual offense with certain victims after an investigation involving his actions with an underage female. The arrest was made on December 29.

He is in the Pender County Jail under a $200,000 secured bond.
