New Hanover County shelter staff says she is an active dog in need of some basic training. She also loves noisy toys and treats.
If you would like to adopt her, New Hanover Animal Services is located at 180 Division Dr. in Wilmington. County residents can adopt for $70. If a dog is already in the home, a meet-and-greet is required.
