Pet Pals: Meet Sadie!

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — There’s a four-legged friend at New Hanover County Animal Services who people would describe as a Wallflower, which means she’s shy yet charming.

Meet Sadie, she is a two and a half year old Great Pyrenees and German Shepherd mix. She was picked up running loose and her owner did not come get her.

She is searching for a patient owner with a relaxed lifestyle. She is also looking for gentle guidance to help her come out of her shell.

Sadie will blossom in a single dog home.

To meet her, head to New Hanover County Animal Services. County residents can adopt for $70. Adoption hours are Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to Noon.
