Police investigate body found in abandoned house

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Police say they are looking for answers after a body was found in an abandoned house last week.

Someone found the body of a white male at the unoccupied home in the 4100 block of Princess Place Drive shortly before noon Thursday. Police say the man was obviously deceased when officers arrived.

The death is currently under investigation.
