Police searching for two armed robbery suspects

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – Wilmington police are searching for two suspects wanted for armed robbery.

Just before 10 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to the 900 block of S. 3rd St. in reference to an armed robbery of a person.

The victim stated two unidentified black men held a gun to his head, robbed him, and tried to force him to withdraw money from an ATM. When they were unsuccessful in withdrawing money, they left. The victim was not injured.
